Red Eagle Lodge- New, Full Log, 5,000sq.ft. Stunning Views! in Breckenridge

Red Eagle Lodge has stunning panoramic views of four mountain peaks from it's floor to
ceiling windows.
Red Eagle is full log in the Swedish-Cope Style, with almost 5,000 sq. ft. of living space in
an open floor plan. Everything was completed in 2007.
The main level great room has windows to the peak of the 2 story ceiling, a game table
that seats 8, comfortable couches and sitting area, a beautiful stone fireplace with TV
mounted above (which is connected to house stereo system). Sound for this level comes
from the stereo system, ipod and CD player through speakers in the great room, dining
room and kitchen.
From the front porch you enter a large foyer with 3 closets, a powder room, log stairs to
the loft, and the great room.
Both the dining room and the kitchen are open to the great room, as is the deck access.
The dining room has picturesque views of a wooded ravine and mountain peaks from a
large bay window. The table seats 10 comfortably. There are 4 chairs at the counter
separating the dining area and kitchen.
There are 2 full master bedrooms, with King beds, walk-in closets, cabled TV's with DVD
players, full bathrooms with double sinks, shower, toilet, tub and linen closet, as well as
deck or patio access.
Two loft bedrooms have king beds, twin size couch/bed, and bathroom with shower, toilet
and sink. One of these bedrooms also has a TV.
The fifth bedroom has a queen bed with a twin bed over it.
The huge open loft has an office plus 2 queen beds, trundled.
More sleeping is accommodated with 2 queen aerobeds.
All rooms have views of the mountains.

The kitchen is fully stocked, with double ovens/microwave, cooktop, water/ice dispensing
refrigerator, dishwasher, slab granite counters, and walk-in pantry. There are plates and
silver for 24, as well as plenty of serve and bakeware, toaster oven, blender, coffee brewer
and grinder.
The deck with unrivaled views extends across the entire length of the lodge, and is
equipped with a Bar-B-Que and table with chairs.
You may sit on the deck or at the kitchen counter with your laptop, as the wireless router
connected to Comcast high speed internet serves the house.
The lower level great room, or more accurately, Game Room has large windows, exterior
access to the 8x8 hot tub, a wet bar, Pool Table, cabled big screen TV with surround
sound, DVD and game cube.
The lower level also has a very large powder room, full laundry room, and access to the 2-
car heated garage.

Red Eagle Lodge is within a mile of some of the best hiking Breckenridge has to offer!
During the winter, the lifts are only 7 minutes (per my GPS) away.
Breckenridge has so many things to do, depending on the season.
Winter has skiing, sledding, skating, snowshoeing. Summer has golfing, fishing, hiking,
biking, horsebackriding. Both seasons have shopping, town events, and gorgeous mountain
views! There is of course more that I didn't even mention!
