The Victoria Palms community is located in Dunedin, Florida, a quaint 
small town acknowledged as the best kept secret gem in the State of 
Florida. The community itself is just minutes from charming Downtown 
with plentiful unique small town shops and excellent restaurants.

The Victoria Palms consists of only 80 units in a quaint and tropical 
setting. At the Victoria Palms you will discover many features 
normally reserved for custom-built homes. Extreme care has been taken 
in every detail for your home away from home.   
 
Your unit has a very private setting, nice spacious balcony / patio 
and is tastefully appointed. The bedroom has a queen bed and ample 
closet space. 
The living room has TV, DVD, CD Player, Radio, Desk, 
Comfortable Leather Sofa, Dining Area (seats 4), ceiling fans  
throughout.  
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, 
stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, stainless steel sink, 
cookware, dishes, silverware and kitchen utensils. 
 
All new furniture throughout; unit completely renovated in 2006. 
Washer and Dryer available in unit.

Activities and Attractions

Located only a few minutes from the charming downtown area, the City 
Marina and numerous fine restaurants. One block away is the Pinellas 
trail - a 34 mile long recreational trail for bike riding, 
rollerblading or walking. Bring your bicycle or bicycle rentals are 
available.  
 
Beaches 
Honeymoon Island State Park: voted one of the best state parks in the 
U.S. it features pristine beaches and nature trails; approx. 10 
minutes away (you can actually go there by bicycle) 
 
Clearwater Beach: famous large sandy beach with plenty of water 
activities, restaurant, bars and shops along the beach; approx. 10 
minutes away 
 
Cultural and other Activities 
Tampa Bay is home to an abundance of other recreational and cultural 
activities such as Busch Gardens Theme Park, Tampa Bay Aquarium, Dali 
Museum St Petersburg, Ybor City, just to name a few.  
 
Also, Orlandos Theme Parks are only 1 1/2 hours away. 
 
Upon request we can arrange pick-up and transfers from Orlando and 
Tampa International Airports as well as tickets to Sea World and Busch 
Gardens.

RATES IN 2010 WILL NOT INCREASE OVER 2009 
January - March 2010: $1995/month 
 
Please inquire about long-term rental discounts; we consider all 
rentals 2 months or longer long-term rentals. 
 
Weekly rates available on request. 
 
Rates are subject to 12% taxes for lodging on rentals 6 months or less  
$500.00 Security Deposit required (refundable) 
Reservation Fee of $50.00 required to book unit on definite basis
