We have THREE vacation rentals; The Bungalow (which is this one), a 4 bed/2.5 bath on a private
lake, and a 4 bedroom/ 3 bath on Lake Keowee. Please email us if you are interested in the other

~Welcome to Our Vacation Bungalow~
Our historic vacation home is nestled in the upstate of South
Carolina near the Blue Ridge Mountains in charming Walhalla, SC.
Enjoy antique shopping steps away from the front door.
Bike through Main Street and stop for ice cream or coffee at the
locally owned shops. Our bungalow is fully equipped with everything
you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Our bungalow has
recently been completely renovated, EVERYTHING IS NEW!
Vacation Rental Amenities
Bungalow:
Master bedroom has a queen size bed.
The second bedroom has a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The
trundle lifts and locks to convert the two twins to a king, if
needed.
Living Room has queen size sleeper sofa, fireplace, cable TV, DVD,
videos, books & games.
Outdoor dining on deck.
Linens & towels are provided (Luxurious high count cotton)!
Laundry room has both washer and dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen & dining room.
Telephone for local calls.
The bungalow has new ac/heat central air pack.
Crib/linens are available upon request if needed (at no additional
cost), please reserve at booking.
What we supply:
The bungalow is equipped and set up as a fully furnished property
that will include luxury linens, blankets, pillows, towels, as well
as a fully equipped kitchen. We provide a limited supply of toilet
paper, paper towels and other dispensable items to get you started
on your first day of vacation.
BUNGALOW SLEEPS 4-6 people.
No smoking, please.
Pet are allowed with prior approval, only. Please inquire about
pets, state breed and size. Local Pet Boarding may be available
(services that I have personally used and trust).

on information,trail lengths, difficulty, & time it takes on the

$125/a night ~ 2 night minimum
$750/a week
Additional charges may apply for over 6 guest, please inquire.
Monthly rates available
Security deposit $300
$45 cleaning fee
Weekly rentals have a 10 day cancellation.
Nightly rental have a 7 day cancellation.
Security deposit due at reservation.
Rental is due 14 days prior to arrival.
We accept cashiers check, e-check, Visa, Master Card, or AmEx.

Check out 10:00AM, Please note that late checkout may be available.
