Newly built, two-bedroom Villa located in The Villages, Florida’s 
friendliest hometown. This spacious (1600sq ft) house features a 
screened-in lanai, a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, walk-in 
closet and a private shower and bath. The second bedroom has twin 
beds and separate bath. Enjoy your meals in a cozy kitchen filled 
with modern appliances. The living room is a great place to relax 
and wind down your day with a glass of wine. This modern house 
includes a washer & dryer, cable tv, and local phone service, plus a 
1 1/2 car garage with room for a golf cart.You are a short walk to 
the community pool. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

TV (Cable), VCR, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Air Conditioning, Dryer, 
Garage, Telephone, Ceiling Fan, No Smoking.  Take advantage 
of all The Villages has to offer with tennis, swimming, bocci, 
billiards, shuffleboard, and hundreds of other sporting, hobby and 
educational activities. Free passes are provided for golf at 13 
Executive golf courses, or for a minimal fee, play on any of the 5 
Championship courses. Many residents also enjoy the nightly “Happy 
Hour” in the town square featuring music.
