Vacation Rental Description

Aqua Pulchra is situated in a private, quiet, residential area off 
the main drive and at the end of a cul-de-sac.
There are electric gates to the front of the property and a large 
parking area. The villa is on two floors the main living area being 
on the top floor affording spectacular unspoilt views of the 
magnificent water after which the villa is so aptly named. There are 
steps up or you can use the elevator. The villa is in three spacious 
areas, ideal for privacy if friends are sharing.
The Central Area: Here there is a spacious fully equipped open plan 
kitchen, dining and living area, with a series of French doors 
leading to a panorama of turquoise water reflected in the villa's 
infinity pool. The dining table comfortably seats eight. Couches in 
the living area provide a comfortable resting place with a view of 
the Sound beyond. Either side of the central area are two 'wings'. 
Wing 1: To one side is a media room with plasma TV, DVD and BOSE 
surround sound which extends to both the living area and patio.
There are two bedrooms. One with a king size bed and ensuite 
bathroom with tub. The other with twin single beds. There is a 
seperate bathroom with walk in shower and another washroom with 
toilet. Each room is bright and airy, and opens on to a 
sitting area and patio with views of the garden and water.
Wing 2: To the other side of the central living area is a library 
and two bedrooms. One large king size bedroom and another with twin 
single beds. There is a bathroom with walk in shower and a seperate 
washroom with toilet. Each of these two bedrooms has French doors on 
to a patio and sitting area with views of the garden and water.

Outdoors: Outside the villa you will find abundant space to soak up 
the sun on the loungers, or dine al fresco under the stars by the 
pool. 
From the pool deck meander along a series of paths and steps down to 
the water's edge where you will find a private deck for your 
relaxation.  The water is about three feet deep and the bed is 
sandy. Here you can access the water and launch our kayaks to 
explore the crystal clear water and hundreds of islands. The whole 
of the pool and garden area is very private and not overlooked.
There is use of private Tennis Courts less than five minutes drive 
from the villa at Taylor Bay.
The villa has central air conditioning for your comfort, and the 
waterside location provides an almost constant gentle breeze. Air 
conditioning is metered and charged back to guests at a nominal 
cost. 
There is WIFI connection free of charge. A separate utility area 
with washer and dryer is located in the garage area.

Vacation Rental Amenities

happy to accomodate them. Alternatively you may wish to email us 
with any questions.
Full Concierge Service. Rates include the following: Guests will be 
met at the airport by our agent and escorted to the villa. Transport 
is not provided, clients may take a taxi or collect their rental car 
if booked prior to arrival. 
Once at the villa you will be given a familiarity tour of the 
residence and the appliances. A 'welcome' bottle of wine awaits. 
A mid week light clean and garbage collection.  The Agency is 
available on 24 hour call in an emergency.  They can help with 
booking excursions and anything from a relaxing treatment to a 
private chef.

Optional Air Conditioning. Metered.

Tax: There is a 10% Gov. Tax. This will 
be payable at the time your final balance is due.
Payment: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking. 
Payments can be made by check, Visa or MasterCard. The balance plus 
tax is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you book a vacation less 
than 60 days before arrival, the full rental fee and tax are payable 
at the time of booking. Further details on request.
