pool or play in the sugar-white sand, both just a few steps from the
home's patio.
The complex is a very attractive, well established condo community right
on the beautiful emerald Gulf. The large pool area, the beach walk-over
and the new tennis courts are part of fresh, new landscaping and extensive
overall improvements to the property. The mix of restaurants, shopping,
and recreation are only 1-1/2 to 2 miles away from this quiet residential
area. A wide variety of nearby activities offers everyone a fun, relaxing
vacation in a wonderful tropical atmosphere.

Master suite with king size bed, private bath, walk-in double size
shower, walk in closet, and TV. Room size is 17xll plus bath and
closet.
2nd Bedroom has a twin bed and a full size bed, walk-in closet, TV
with built-in DVD player. Room size is 13.6x12. Full bath with tub
and shower right outside the 2nd bedroom.
Kitchen equipped with filtered ice and water refrigerator,
microwave, dishwasher, small appliances, coffee maker. Ample cooking
and dining supplies. Gas grill on the patio; patio chairs provided.
In-home washer/dryer. DSL modem with cables. Basic cable TV.
TV, DVD and stereo in living room. Living/Dining room size is
27.2x13.6.
Iron and small ironing board, answering machine, domestic long-distance, alarm clocks, ceiling
fans.
Bath and kitchen towels, bed linens, extra blankets are provided
(indoor use only, not for beach or pool use).
A good supply of paper towels, bathroom tissue, bath soap,
dishwasher detergent and sink detergent is also provided.

On-site tennis courts.  Covered bicycle parking.  Very bicycle friendly area.
On-site pool with large pool deck area.
Ramp access to the top of the seawall, with steps down on the beach
side.
Nearby shopping, restaurants, charter fishing, fishing pier, mini-
car rental,sea-doo rental,  bicycle paths, great walking paths, parasailing, sound-
side and beach-side dining, public beach all on the island. Nearby
are numerous cultural and historic features such as the Naval
Museum, Zoo, etc.

Week: $ 775/week plus tax ($864.13 total).
Month: VARIES:  $1,250 ($1,393.75 total) to $1,500 ($1,672.50 total) per month.
May 23, 09 - July 31, 2009:
Week: $1,250.00/week plus tax ($1,393.75 total).
Month: $4,500.00/month plus tax ($5,017.50).
Rentals are by the week - Saturday to Saturday. Minimum 7 nights
during prime time, 5 or 6 nights considered during off-prime but must
fall "between Saturdays". Check-in after 2:00 pm Saturday; check out
prior to 10:00 am the following Saturday.
WEEK END AND LONG WEEK END RENTALS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, SORRY.
Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
A refundable reservation/damage deposit of $200 is required 60 days
in advance of check in date for weekly rentals; $300 deposit for
monthly during off prime. $750 deposit required for prime-time
monthly rental.
Maximum number of people: 5.
