2 Bedroom with cable tv's/2 Full bath Condo withbreathtaking views of the Smoky Mountians and downtown Gatlinburg.  Wireless Internet available.  Fireplace and full furnished kitchen. Resort has indoor and outdoor pools, with 2 hottubs, sauna, and playground. Close to town.
We also have a 2 bedroom cabin in Pigeon Forge for rent.

Spectacular View

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Gatlinburg. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the view is spectacular. This was our first time stay at the Summit, however it will not be our last. I strongly suggest renting any of the condo's that face Gatlinburg, you will be amazed.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

it got cold

have stayed in this condo previously. find it very nice and well-equipped. this stay the heating system did not function properly. i called owner and was assured that a service person would be sent out. in the meantime, it seem to start working. i notfied the owner. i was wrong however. we spent the night huddled under every blanket accessible. decided to leave 2 days early rather than be cold until the heat could be be restored.

had hoped owner would offer a partial refund although i did not ask.

i find the condo is offered at a very reasonable and competitive rate and seems to be maintained well. only fault is that it is located on second level. as you get older stairs are not the way to go. would recommend to others unconditionally. owners seem easy to work with.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing, romantic getaway

after curve on top of curve, twist and turn higher and higher... you're there. on top of the mountain... the air so pure and you feel like you should be able to touch the clouds... your condo is awesome, and the view is breath taking from the balcony... thank you for a wonderful get away... it truely is beautiful....
