Lake Norman Retreat in Lake Norman

This tri-level 4,200+ square foot home was formerly operated as a bed
and breakfast and is located is historic Sherrill's Ford, North
Carolina. The Lake Norman Retreat boasts a panoramic view of Lake
Norman's main channel and is located directly across the Lake from
the unspoiled Lake Norman State Park.

The upper level of the Retreat offers wood beam vaulted ceilings
throughout, large great room, and two separate living quarter wings,
each with three beautifully decorated bedrooms.

The great room offers leather sofas, cushioned sitting chairs, wood
burning fireplace, big screen television with cable, pay channels and DVD player, large dining table,
and beautiful view of Lake Norman’s main channel through multiple windows and sliding glass
doors.

The great room opens out to spacious wrap-around deck and stairs
winding down through azalea, rhododendrum and dogwood to Lake and
dock.

The screened porch and expansive decking wrap around the exterior of
the home, and features two separate eating areas, numerous sitting
areas and charcoal grill.

The kitchen offers swing door for privacy, dinnerware, cookware,
utensils, electric range/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave
oven.

Color TVs and VCRs in five of the six upstairs bedrooms, including
cable television and pay channels in the Master Suite and downstairs
recreation room. VCR/DVD library offered for guest use.

Long distance calls included.

The downstairs recreation room has pool table, electronic darts,
assorted board games, wet bar, gas-log fireplace, microwave, 32”
television with CD/DVD/VCR/surround sound stereo system, computer
with broadband internet access and attached printer.

The Retreat comfortably sleeps 18 people. Five of the six upstairs
bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The sixth upstairs bedroom has two
twin beds, plus one single rollaway bed. The downstairs bedroom has a
bunk bed featuring two double beds and one single bed. Master Suite
also offers private entrance to screened porch and whirlpool Jacuzzi
tub.

Boating, swimming, hiking, close to golf and spa facilities

$3,500 - $4,500 per week, depending upon season, plus cleaning fee, refundable security deposit and
NC lodging tax.
