We're located in exclusive Sagaponack, only 5 minutes from historic Sag Harbor, pristine Sagg Main Beach and the antique shops of Bridgehampton Village.

Huge Mahogany Pool Deck with Prime Amenities

We just redesigned the property to focus on outdoor living and created spaces where friends, family and guests can make the most of precious together time.  People rave about our huge new 3100 sf wraparound mahogany pool deck and terrace located just outside large gliding glass doors off the great room.  Secluded outdoor deck areas are accessible through French doors in both master bedrooms. 

Outdoor Dining Area

This part of the deck is built for cooking and dining al fresco.  Our gas line-connected 72,000 BTU built-in grill is professional grade, and has the power to quickly sear and finish a feast's worth of beef, chicken or seafood.  Guests dine on the new 8+ person extendable teak dining table, and enjoy the 15' electric awning, outdoor audio, and deck lighting.

Pool, Spa, Shower

The heated pool is just a few steps further, and just behind decking we carefully cut to surround and preserve an immense pine, there is a sunken jetted spa.  Head east twenty feet to take an exhilarating hot/cold outdoor shower enclosed by 7' cedar walls.

Fire Pit

With the firepit and flagstone patio in the rear, you can enjoy quiet after-dinner chats and the special vacation experience of relaxing by an outdoor fire.   

Indoor Comforts of Home

We just installed a brand new 60" flat screen HDTV with Access to Apple TV, Netflix Cable with 10 HBO channels and streaming capability from any Apple device right to the TV.  Also inside there is a cook's kitchen with expanded counterspace done in beautiful granite, a 36" Premier gas range with outside ventilation hood, Bosch dishwasher, large capacity under-cabinet microwave, and enough kitchenware, utensils and supplies in case you don't want to go out to the local area's many excellent restaurants.
