Your biggest decision will be whether you want to relax in your own
theater and watch the 71" HDTV or go out in the backyard, party and
BBQ by the swimming pool and spa.
The house is located in a custom neighborhood on a 1/2 acre and is
very private. There is RV & Boat parking and plenty of parking for
all of your guests.
There are 3 bedrooms (2kings, 1 Queen) with upgraded Tempur-Pedic
Pads, and 2 bathrooms (one has a jet tub).
The Living Room has 2 Sofa's that open up into Queen size beds with
memory foam mattress's.

The kitchen is a gourmet cooks delight! Complete with Stainless
Steel Appliances and Granite Counters. Built-in Dining Table
Plenty of room to cook those special dinners. The spacious backyard
has a Covered Patio, BBQ, Swimming Pool and plenty of seating
outside to enjoy our beautiful weather!

Children and pets are always welcome in this home.
You will truly feel at home at the Goodhart House !!

$225 per weekend night - 2 Night Minimum
$125 Non refundable cleaning fee.
Payment: 50% due at time of booking to reserve dates, balance due
on arrival.
Security Deposit: $500 due upon arrival, and will be refunded in cash at check-out if there are no damages.
