Charming mountain home on pristine Fairview Lake, a premier lake in
the Poconos, near Lake Wallenpaupack, Hawley and Honesdale. Very
private setting with 225 feet of lakefront. Private dock, with
spectacular views and starry nights. Relax or barbeque on the
cedar deck or lounge on the lovely slate waterfront patio or private
gazebo.
View the lake from the large picture windows in LR or read in the
comfy sun porch with jalousie windows. Rowboat, canoe and kayak provided.
Everything necessary for a wonderful family vacation. Very kid friendly. Absolute
maximum occupancy for house is 10 people.

Large PA bluestone fireplace in LR. High beam ceiling with knotty
pine in main living area, ceiling fans, phone, Cable TV, High Speed
Internet, DVD/VCR, Stereo, CD Player, Fully Equipped Kitchen with
trash compacter. Washer/Dryer, BBQ Grill, enclosed sun porch.
DR table comfortably seats 10. Six (6) bedrooms include 1 Queen bed.
and 2 sets of twins on first floor. Second floor has 1 King,1 Queen
and 1 set of bunk beds. Comfortably sleeps 10.
Blankets, pillows and comforters are provided. Must bring your own
sheets and towels. No Smoking. Inquire about pets (extra fee)

Walk to tennis courts, basketball court, township playground and Paupack Blueberry
Farm. Lots of games and jigsaw puzzles for relaxing fun. Sandbox and childrens outdoor toys.
Swim, hike, play horseshoes or shuffleboard, all on the property. Antiquing, shopping,
family fun park, museums, horseback riding, restaurants are short
drive. Charming town of Hawley a 15 minute drive. The Crossings Factory outlets
approx 45 minutes away. Mount Airy Casino 45 minutes. Something for everyone.

mid April to late May, 2013--$475 per night ($950 weekend)
Memorial Day - Labor Day, 2013: $3000 per week (rent Saturday - Saturday)
Sept -Oct 2013: $2000 per week, $950 per weekend (2 night minimum)
$125 cleaning fee additional.

You must be 28 years of age to rent this property.
Absolute maximum occupancy for house is 10 people.
No ATV's on Hemlock Point or surrounding area.
