Vacation Rental Description

The Fabulous Regatta Club. This lovely, 1500 square  
foot, top floor condominium overlooking Schooner Bay Marina features  
a living room with sliding glass doors leading to your own large  
private balcony. You will sit on the front large deck and watch the  
sunsets over the bay, the back deck is a perfect place to watch the  
kids play in the pool while you enjoy the bay breeze and gorgeous  
sunset. Inside the unit a georgeous black grainte breakfast bar  
separates the fully-equipped gormet kitchen from the living area.  
Continue down the hall to the full-size laundry room with washer and  
dryer. The pool area has a large gas grill so you can grill outside  
and enjoy dinner under the gazebo! 
 
The master suite features a Queen-size bed with a large closet and  
master bath along with sliding glass doors leading out to your own  
private deck overlooking the pool. The second guest bedroom has a  
queen bed with large closet and an additional sliding door to the  
deck overlooking the pool. There is also a full-size hall bathroom  
and a third bedroom with 3 twin beds. All bedrooms feature  
ceiling fans. 
 
The courtyard consists of an Olympic-size in-ground heated pool,  
spa, and gazebo. Brick paved walkways from your own unit to the  
beautifully landscaped courtyard add to the charm of this  
distinctive development. The kids will want to skip the boardwalk 
to have fun in the pool. Stay home with the family, have a pool  
night, rather than running off the the boardwalk every night.

children, the pool keeps children entertained for hours, with boat
