Great property with everything eight women could possibly want or need and enough space for all to have our own beds.  The beds and linen were top quality and the house is situated in a quiet subdivision close to the Falls.  Mike bent over backwards for us and we couldn't have appreciated it more.

Two Jacuzzi tubs, separate side entrance. Two laundry areas, two
kitchens, 7 bedrooms, single car garage, double driveway, 2400 sqft
of living space equaling more than four times the average hotel
room. We are 3 miles from the horseshoe falls and major tourist
attractions. Towels and linens are supplied as well as hand soap
and tolitries.

Please note that phone service requires the use of a laptop computer to be brought by you or one of your guests.

Minutes from wine country and over 90 local wineries. Close to
Marineland, Jetboat tours, Maid of the Mist, two casinos, ZOOZ, John
Daly and Greg Norman golf courses, Legends golf course and much
