"Oceano Vista Cottage" is much more than a beach cottage. This ocean

The first floor is the living area and contains a dining area, and a
comfortable and attractive living area which is large enough for a
family to relax. The small but efficient kitchen is next to
the living area and beyond that is a very spacious bedroom with a
queen-sized bed. A hall bath serves the living area as well as this
bedroom.
The second floor has a large and wonderful bunk bed room with 3 bunks
for those sleepy little ocean-swimmers. The kids will adore having
this room all to themselves. The master bedroom upstairs is huge (and
you thought the one downstairs was big!) The sitting area for this
bedroom looks out onto the top deck and would be a great place to
drink that first cup of coffee in the morning.
New decks offer miles and miles of beach views. Relax on one of the
decks and wait for the dolphins to provide the entertainment or sit
on the sofa in air conditioned comfort with an unobstructed view
of the beautiful Atlantic.

Lying along North Carolina's southeastern coast, Topsail Island is a
26-mile barrier island that reaches from 500 to 1,500 feet wide.
Located close to one mile
offshore, it is approximately 140 miles south of Raleigh, 25 miles
north of Wilmington and 28 miles
south of Jacksonville.
The Island is accessible by an old-fashioned swing bridge and a
modern high-rise bridge. The Island is composed of three towns -
North Topsail Beach, Surf City and
Topsail Beach. On the mainland, our service area includes the towns
of Sneads Ferry and Holly Ridge.
The Topsail area enjoys a mild climate that makes for ideal year-
round weather and relatively warm surface and water temperatures that
accommodate most any outdoor activity.
While visiting the Topsail area, you will enjoy some of the most
pristine, uncrowded beaches along the east coast. The area boasts the
greatest simple pleasures life has to offer. Here you will
witness coastal wildlife flourishing in its natural environment. You
will also enjoy some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets found
on the North Carolina coast.
