This adorable cottage is located in Surf City only a short distance from the busy downtown area with shops, restaurants, putt putt golf, fishing pier, Sea Turtle Hospital, and the local Museum. The Surf Club invites you to relax and enjoy the surf in this lovely home right on the beach! This home is all on one level with an open oceanfront living, dining, and kitchen area. One of 4 flat screen TVs in the home is located on the wall in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a large bar area for a couple of cooks in the kitchen and is open to the living area with wonderful ocean views.
The oceanfront bedroom has a king bed and a private shower bath. The second bedroom has another king bed and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds. There is a full bath in the hall with a tub/shower. Both bathrooms have hair dryers mounted on the wall. A large sundeck with plenty of chairs is located off the living area. A hammock is located in the side yard with wonderful ocean breezes in the shade of the afternoon. A gas grill is provided.
