Vacation Rental Description

This completly renovated (June 2005) condominium with new 
wood floors, enitre kitchen (all brand new appliances), bathrooms, 
bedrooms (new carpet) and living area is now available for 
rentals. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, cabinets, 
sink, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave and granite stone 
tiled counter tops. As well as, all new utensils, linens and small 
appliances necessary for a week or longer stay.
Our beautiful condo sits on the ground floor, allowing easy 
access to the pool and beach. 

The guest bedroom has new bunk beds (pillow top mattress) 
and a trundle (pillow top) with plenty of closet space and dresser 
space. This room can accommadate sleeping for 4 guest. There is a 
25" cable T.V. (flat screen). 

The master bedroom is also newly furnished with a king size 
bed (pillow top mattress), dresser, night tables and plenty of 
closet space. This room also is equipt with a 25" cable T.V.  

In the living room, there is a new queen size pullout couch with a 
pillow top mattress ready to accommadate your guest for a 
relaxing nights rest. Also this room has a new 35" flat screen T.V. 
and seperate VCR and DVD. You can relax and watch a game or one 
of your favorite movies.

The dining area has a table to accomadate 4-6 for dinner and 4 
barstools at the bar for 4 more.

Our condo is located on the no-drive part of New Smyrna Beach. 
It is great for games, throwing the football or frisbee, volleyball, 
jogging or just relaxing with a book. We are certain that you will 
enjoy your time relaxing at the condo or on the beach.

Our condo is located at Ocean Club South Condominiums, Unit 
C-104.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include a large pool located 15 feet from the beach. It 
is great for parents that have kids on the beach and in the pool. 
There is plently of space and a cabana style deck over looking the 
pool and beach for lunch, dinner or simply just hanging out. This is 
the favorite spot for the DJ or the band at the 4th of July 
gatherings. Tennis court and shuffle board court also available on 
property.

Activities and Attractions

A short hour drive to Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios and 
the Orlando Area. Kennedy Space Center is less than an hour away 
and Daytona International Speedway is only 20 minutes down the 
road.

Other activities nearby: Surf fishing, lagoon fishing, chartered 
fishing (Inshore and Deep sea), great surfing along with great 
shopping in historic downtown New Smyrna Beach. Fantastic 
dining from some of the best seafood and steak to Italian and 
Mexican. 

Take some time off and come relax, kick your shoes off and 
enjoy one of Florida's finest beaches, New Smyrna Beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan.-Apr. $900.00/week or $2,500.00/month
May-Labor Day $950.00/week, July 4th week -$1,200.00
Sept.-Dec. $850.00/week or $2,300.00/month -Thanksgiving 
week & Christmas week $900.00

    WEEKLY RENTALS TIL LABOR DAY

A $200 security deposit is required on all weekly rentals.  In 
addition to the above rates, there is a 
12.5% tax and an $85 cleaning fee. All payments due 60 days prior to 
arrival. No Refunds

For rentals of one or more months, the security deposit is 
$500.00.
