* Main Level: Pub height dining table, kitchen bar area w/5 stools
for additional seating. King size bed in bedroom on main level.
Living Room can sleep 2 extras.
* Upstairs is another large room, with queen size bed and 2 twin
beds with nice mountain decor and faux fireplace for ambiance.
*Plenty of privacy for all given the 3 level spacious floor plan.

2. Pool - The HOA for the area has a pool in summer, and of course
no mountain evening is complete without a relaxing dip in the hot
tub, right out on your own deck!
4. Bus Shuttle to Casino/Village right at front door!! Go out and
have a great time & leave the car right at home!

Winter: Skiing, boarding, Snowmobile, cross country ski, shop and go
antiquing, sightseeing, cinemas, sledding, ice skating in the
village, tubing hill, day spa & massage, great dining! Ski events
and festivals.

Summer: Boating, waterskiing, river rafting, Hiking, rock climbing,
Parasailing, bicycling, rollerblading, golf, tennis, basketball,
miniature golf, horseback riding, fishing, wildlife viewing.

Other Highly recommended Events Checklist:
1. Heavenly Gondola/Restaurant up to the top of the mountain
2 Eat at any of the many lake view restaurants.
3. Hot Air Ballon ride - the only to launch from an air craft
carrier in the middle of the lake!
4. Take dinner cruise at sunset out on the lake!
5. Come see the wooden boat, or Shakspeare on the beach in the
summer.
6 Come for the Beer & Jazz fest, or wine fest, or outdoor concerts!
7. Go Parasailing
8. Go kayaking and see the crystal blue waters - try to guess how
deep those rocks are at the bottom of the lake.
9. Rent a boat, and check out the Tahoe Keys neighborhoods.
10. Rent a Jet ski.
11. Ski, Board to your hearts content - over 11 ski areas nearby!!
12. Check out Emerald Bay, Fallen Leaf Lake and Donner Lake.
13. Find a waterfall, and enjoy!

Weekly rate winter: $1,750 (only $250/night)

Holidays: Christmas: $2,500 week (5 nights)
New Year's $3,850 week (7 nights)

$150 cleaning fee.

Two night minimum stay.
Holidays: 3-night minimum. MLK, Presidents, Easter, Memorial, Fourth
of July, & Labor Day. $300/night.
