A Home away from Home!
Once you walk through the door of Ocean Song, you will feel like you are "home". A beautifully decorated second home, complete with all the amenities you would expect... beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and grill are provided for your ultimate vacation. For a small fee of $50 per week, you also have access to the local beach club and pool...All within walking distance! A perfect family vacation!!
Off the foyer, walk into the spacious dining/living room. The beautiful views of the ocean are amazing...from the living area and dining room, you are only steps away from the soft sands of the beach. Ocean Song also has it's own beach access off the lanai. Enjoy your cup of coffee or your cocktail sitting on the newly decorated lanai furniture. You will feel totally relaxed as you enjoy the oceanfront lanai that can be glassed in or wide open to the breezes coming off the ocean.
The master bedroom also looks out onto the large lanai and it's beautiful ocean views. It has it's own attached bathroom with both bathtub, separate shower and 2 sinks.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and attached bathroom. Perfect for your teens who want a bit of privacy!
The third bedroom has two double beds, with a bath just outside the bedroom. The hallway can be closed off to make this a perfect sanctuary for a family with small children who might need some quiet nap time.
The eat-in kitchen is large and fabulous with everything you would expect from a fully equipped kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a full sized washer/dryer. All towels and linens are provided. Just bring yourselves!

of shells and shark teeth to find. Very private.
For the golfers, so much to choose from in the area. Low to
higher rates, let us know and we'll help you find the right
courses.
Deep sea fishing charters nearby, plus wonderful hiking in the
nature preserves.
Shop 'till you drop and enjoy the "locals" dining to fine dining.

April - August = $2200 per week ($5500/mo.)
Sept - Dec/March = $1600 per week ($4500/mo.)
Jan/Feb = $1500 per week ($4000/mo.)
Add - 10% FL Tax plus $125 for departure clean
Holidays = Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Gator bowl, Easter,
Labor Day, TPC add $200 to rate
Open to monthly and long term rentals.
$350 nightly rate (October - March). 3 night minimum.
