I know your vacation time is limited, so if you would like to stay in a classy, warm & cozy condo - then this condo is for you! We use this condo often it is set up as our VACATION home - not set up as a RENTAL. We enjoy sharing our "home away from home" with people that will treat it as their own.

Mammoth has tons of outdated, dingy, condos with OLD furniture & OLD
kitchens - this is NOT one of those condos!

Important note: If you are really interested in staying in my condo,
please make your reservations ASAP because this condo is on a rental
program with my property mgmt company and can be rented at anytime, including online (24/7). The best way to make a reservation is to call me.

3 night minimum, however, occasionally I may be able accommodate a 2
night stay occasionally, call or email me.

Rates - Rent directly from the owner (me) and $AVE by cutting out
the "middle man". Who IS the "middle man"?? The property management
company that manages my condo.
