Why stay in my condo?

I know your vacation time is limited, so if you would like to stay in nice, clean, classy & warm, 
cozy & beautifully decorated VACATION condo - then this condo is for you! We use these condo often 
so it is set up as our VACATION home - not set up as a RENTAL. We enjoy sharing our "home away from 
home" with people that will treat it as their own. 

My wife and I are lucky enough to own 3 Mammoth vacation condos - 
when you call please refer to the "Awesome condo" so I know which condo you are inquiring about. If 
I dont have want you are looking for, I have many friends with Mammoth condos (including 1 that has 
a condo that sleeps 10) so contact me and I may be able to help you.

Mammoth has tons of outdated, dingy, condos with OLD furniture & OLD 
kitchens - this is NOT one of those condos! 

Recently remodeled condo with Granite counter top, slate backsplash, wood floors in the kitchen and 
dining area. King bed & bunk beds behind dining area (see photos.
2 TV/DVD (with cable), VCR and fireplace. Bathroom has a vessel sink (see photo).
Unit is non-smoking. 

Shops, LOTS of restaurants & bars are only 1 mile away. 

Beautiful chain of 5 lakes only 2 miles away.

I will send you a list of some of the MANY things to see/do in/around Mammoth to help make your visi 
more enjoyable!

How old do they have to be to ski/board? As soon as thier foot will 
fit into a ski boot (which my son was able to at age 2 1/2) you can 
rent skis/boots for them. For now I have him on skis but when he is 
about 5, I will get him switched to boarding.

Skiing, boarding, snow-mobiling, cross country skiing, ice skating, 
dog sledding, tubbing, snowshoeing

Over 50 beautiful pristine mountain lakes within 5 miles of Mammoth. 

101 foot Rainbow Falls & Devils Postpile - an AWESOME hike!

3 more waterfalls, Hot Springs, Earthquake Fault, Mono lake, Bodie 
Ghost Town.

Great trout fishing, hiking, horseback riding, mtn biking, golfing 
(2 golf courses including the highest elevation golf course in the 
great state of California), Shopping, lots of restaurants, bars

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates - Rent directly from the owner (me) and $AVE by cutting out 
the "middle man". Who IS the "middle man"?? It is my prop mgmt 
company - they will ALSO rent my condo to you BUT they will charge 
you MORE $$$$. 

3 night minimum, however, occasionally I may be able accommodate a 2 
night stay.
