No parties are permitted. This property is in residential area and
has neighbors that will be checking on the place.
This is a family vacation home and will not be rented to vacationing
young adults under the age of 25. Reservations made under false
pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rental fees.
Winter Monthly Rates
January, February and March $ 1,000.00 - 3 months min.
November - December $ 750.00
Cleaning Fee
In addition to the rental rate, an additional $75.00 cleaning fee
will be charged.
Standard Rates
Nov – Apr Daily Rates: $80.00 a day, 2 night min
Nov – Apr Weekly Rates: $450.00 a week, 7 nights
May – Oct Rates: 2 nights: $325
3 nights: $400
4 nights: $450
5 nights: $500
6 nights: $600
7 nights: $650
Cleaning fee is included.
Holiday Rates
Memorial Weekend, 4th of July, and Labor Day Weekend
Daily Rates - $175.00 a night, 3 nights min.
Jet Ski Nationals in October - $700.00 week, 7 nights
All rates are up to five guest.
There will be additional cost for pets.
Full rental payment is due 45 days prior to arrival and must be paid
by cashier check or money order. No personal checks and credit cards
are accepted.
A deposit of $250.00 for daily rental and $350.00 for monthly rental
is due upon booking a reservation. The deposit will be fully
refunded by check within 30 days of departure providing there is no
damage, theft or if additional cleaning is needed.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is only refunded when proper notice has been given to
owners. Weekly reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior
to arrival and monthly reservations must be cancelled 120 days prior
to arrival or the deposit amount is forfeited. Weekly cancellations
are subject to a $135.00 processing fee. Monthly cancellations are
subject to a $300.00 processing fee (if duplex is re-rented out for
the same period of time cancellation processing fee is $75).
Cancellations or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent
or deposits.
Prices are subject to change (prices are confirmed at time of
booking and all bookings will be confirmed by phone or email when
money is received.
