New Luxury Townhome(#57) is multilevel with spectacular views of the 
Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserve and the Atlantic Ocean. The townhome 
is perfect for a romantic getaway for two or comfortably sleeps up 
to eight. The townhome has four levels with three bedrooms and two 
and one half baths. Two bedrooms have king beds, the third bedroom 
has  a queen bed and an additional queen size sofa bed is located in 
the top observation level.It is comfortably furnished in a luxurious 
way with hard wood flooring throughout and a fully equipped kitchen 
with granite countertops, two televisions, a dvd player, and  
stainless steel outdoor grill with outdoor seating.  It has two 
large all season porches on the second and top levels. It has 
central air conditioning, a gas fireplace and a washer/dryer. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Seagull Inn and Condominium has two swimming pools, a children's 
wading pool , jacuzzi and 11 acres of common area.
Located in Historic Wells Maine between the resort towns of Ogunquit 
and Kennebunk it offers seven miles of gorgeous sandy beaches.
The Wells Trolley make scheduled stops at Seagull during the summer 
season making easy access to both Wells and Ogunquit beaches and 
area restaurants and attractions.Renters with pets can board them 
within walking distance from the townhome at Country Time Pet 
Boarding Kennels at 162 Boyd Road in Wells. Proprietors are Marcia 
Vieira and Alicia Langley. They have over thirty years in the pet 
care fiels and feature round the clock quality car  iwth temperature 
controlled units and large exercise areas.
