Vacation Rental Description

bedroom with King size bed and step down shower/tub. Southwestern 
decor with lots of tile and granite countertops. Plenty of paved 
parking for parking cars, boats and RV's. Large 2 car garage. Two 
tastefully decorated additional bedrooms at other side of house with 
Queen size and two Double beds. Roomy Patio off well equipped kitchen 
for easy access when bar-b-que or pool is used.    

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large pool with diving board. Well equipped kitchen and beautifully 
furnished dining room. Two Satelite TV's, stereo system, with phone 
available for local use. All Household furnishings,supplies and a 
well stocked kitchen ready to cook for a large group. Just bring your 
clothes and bathing suit and RELAX. 

Activities and Attractions

Lake Havasu and the London Bridge are only 2 miles away.Many 
Southwestern tourist attractions are within a days drive, such as 
Grand Canyon, Sedona, Las Vegas, Laughlin. There is swimming at the 
lake or Lake Havasu Aquatic Center which also has a wave machine and 
waterslide. Boating and fishing a popular activities at the Lake.For 
the gamblers Havasu Landing is only across the Lake or Blue Water 
Casino at Parker only a 40 minute scenic drive is a favorite. Of 
course Laughlin has several Casinos an hour away. If you are a real 
gamblers Las Vegas is 2 1/2 hours away.

Rates quoted are for up to 6 people. $75 for each additional person. Security/cleaning/damage 
deposit required to reserve rental dates. $100 cleaning fee and any shortage or breakage deducted 
from deposit. Remainder returned in 25 days.
