Vacation Rental Description

This 2 bedroom, 2 Bath 1400 sq. ft. ranch is fully furnished and has  
a heated pool. All you need are your clothes and sunblock. It is  
very kid friendly. The house has been recently remodeled and updated  
through-out with a whole new kitchen. It is 5 miles from 3 beaches  
and 10 minutes from Downtown historical Venice. Master bedroom has  
full bath, double pillowtop king size bed, TV with cable and DVD  
player, huge walk in closet. 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV with  
cable and VCR. 2nd full bath is right outside this bedroom. There is  
also a queen sofa sleeper that can sleep 2 and a futon bed that can  
sleep 1-2. There is a one car garage, washer and dryer, dishwasher,  
oven, microwave and 2 refrigerators(one is in the garage).  
Rental pricing: We offer a $500 discount if you book for 3  
consecutive months

May 1st, 2008 - Aug. 31st, 2008: $1600 per month, $600 per week 
May 1st 2008 - Nov. 1st, 2008: $1600 per month, $600 per week  
Nov. 1-30th, 2008- $2300 per month, $1250 per week 
Dec.1-31st 2008- $2800 per month, $1500 per week 
Jan. - Mar, 30th 2009 : $2400 per month, $1250per week 
April 2009: $2500 per month, $1250 per week 
 **we offer a $500 discount for bookings of 3 or more months 
$500 security deposit 
50% rent deposit due at booking, remaining due one month before time  
of occupancy  
$50 non-refundable application fee for first time applicants
