Situated in the gated community of Highgate Park our brand new 4 
bedroom 3 bathroom villa will sleep up to 10 people. It has the 
unique layout of 2 lounge areas ideal for 2 families. The master 
bedroom is en-suite with a roman tub and a seperate shower, bed 2 
has queen sized bed and en-suite facilities. Bedrooms 3&4 are twin 
rooms with shared bathroom. A queen sofa bed in the lounge. It is 
furnished to a very high standard, fully air conditioned with cable 
t.v and dvd players in the great room and all bedrooms. It has a 
fully fitted kitchen. 
All linens are provided.
The fully screened pool has extended decking area, table, chairs and 
sunloungers and has a child safety fence.
A games room includes pool table, air hockey and football table.
