Vacation Rental Description

This condo is in the perfect location if you are wanting to enjoy 
the beach and historic downtown Charleston.  It is at the foot of 
the new Cooper River Bridge that takes you right into downtown 
Charleston.  It is located about 5 minutes from historic downtown 
and 10-15 minutes from Sullivan's Island and the Isle of Palms.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Community pool w/ jacuzzi just a short walk away, and a tennis 
court.  The condo has a full kitchen.  There is one bedroom with a 
queen size bed and one bedroom with a king size bed.  There is also 
a pull out couch in the living area.

Activities and Attractions

Charleston has so much to offer.  Whether you want to dive into the 
history of this beatiful city, relax at the beaches or dine at the 
incredible restaurants, Charleston has it all.

Vacation Rental Rates

Septeber 9th-May 24th--$725 per week or $125 per night with a 3 night
minimum.

June-September 9th--$850 per week or $150 per night with a 3 night 
minimum. 

Monthly rates available for October-February.

Deposit of 50% of rental amount due at booking.  Remaining amount 
due 30 days prior to arrival.  Cancellations within 30 days will be 
charged a 50% fee.  Cancellations within 2 weeks will be charged 
the entire rental amount.
