the new Cooper River Bridge that takes you right into downtown
Charleston. It is located about 5 minutes from historic downtown
and 10-15 minutes from Sullivan's Island and the Isle of Palms.

Community pool w/ jacuzzi just a short walk away, and a tennis
court. The condo has a full kitchen. There is one bedroom with a
queen size bed and one bedroom with a king size bed. There is also
a pull out couch in the living area.

vacation rental rates
October-February--$575 per week or $100 per night with a 3 night
minimum.

minimum.
Monthly rates available for October-February.
$60 cleaning fee
Deposit of 50% of rental amount due at booking. Remaining amount
due 30 days prior to arrival.
