Vacation Rental Description

Stay in Scottsdale in this newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 
condo. New large tile floors, newly carpeted bedrooms, beautifully 
landscaped grounds with fountains and walkway to outdoor heated 
pool, 
hot tub, private tennis courts, basketball gym and raquetball 
courts. 
This condo is located near Scottsdale's famouns Old Town and only a 
few minutes away from the Fashion Square Mall. The location is 
central to all of the best that Phoenix has to offer. It's near golf 
courses, hiking trails, shopping and restaurants.

Vacation Rental Amenities

There are two pools, private tennis courts, hot tub, gym and outdoor 
raquetball courts. It is a fully furnished condo that includes a 
large 36" TV in the main living area and a 27" TV in the 
mainbedroom. 
It sleeps 6 with a king size bed, queen size bed and sofa sleeper.

Activities and Attractions

This condo is central to all activities including golf, hiking, 
swimming and shopping.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental rates are as follows:

- January thru March the rate is $2450.00 per month
   or $650.00 per week. (we pay all utilites)
 
- April thru December rate are $1,000 to $1600.00 per month
   or $400.00 to $500.00 per week. 

- Minimum two weeks rental required.

- Long term rental rates are negotiable
Call us for special rate discounts!  

There is a $500.00 refundable security deposit and a $95.00 (non-
refundable) cleaning fee. A 25% deposit along with the security 
deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.

Refunds will be mailed back to you with 10 days following the end of 
your rental period if there is no damage, loss, breakage or money 
owed.
