We have renovated, updated throughout and professionally decorated
our condominum. Our two bedroom/two bath condo is roomy at over
1250 square feet inside with an additional 250 square foot, half-
mooned shaped private balcony. Once inside, you'll understand why
our renters return again and again.
Fall asleep each evening with the gentle sound of the surf rolling
ashore. Our condo includes a spacious Master suite overlooking the
ocean through oversized windows, with a king-size bed, walkin
closet, separate vanity area, and sliding glass doors to the balcony.
The second bedroom has twin beds, a walk-in
closet, and separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped
including dishwasher, built-in microwave oven, even a mini-wine cellar.
The dining area is open to the large living room with expansive
views off the balcony of the pool, beach and ocean.
Your rental includes a garage with electric garage door
opener, security entrance, and private beach access. The Golden
Arms condominium has a private, heated pool and is within walking
distance to historic Flagler Avenue. Flager Avenue is home to
restaurants, coffee shops, night life, retail stores and bike
rentals.
As owners, we have a personal interest in your stay. We want to do
everything possible to make your vacation a memorable one. Whether
you stay with us or someplace else, we know you will enjoy New
Smyrna Beach as much as we do.
