Vacation Rental Description

Luxurious brand new Beach Block condos in prestigious North 
Wildwood, is a quiet area located a half a block from the 
beach and 
only a few blocks from the boardwalk. These condos have a 
ocean view 
on both floors. Each unit has its own private entrance for 
your 
convenience.  This is a beautiful, somewhat secluded area 
where you 
are close enough to the hustle and bustle of Wildwood, if 
you so 
desire, and secluded enough for a quiet get away. 
No senior weeks. Must be 25 or older

Vacation Rental Amenities

Unit A has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus 1 additional 
bedroom 
from the garage entrance with its own half bath accomodating 
10 
people. Unit B has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms 
accommodating 8 
people. Both have master bedrooms that have there own 
bathroom and 
have queen size beds. The 2nd bedrooms have twin beds and 
the third 
bedroom has queen size bed. The bedroom off the garage also 
has a 
queen size bed and its own half bath. They both have queen 
size sofa 
beds.  Both have a full kitchen with garbage disposal, 
microwave, 
electric can opener, toaster oven, blender, washer and dryer 
and all 
other necessities. The garage accomodates 2 cars plus 1 
additional 
car in the driveway for each floor. Both units have huge 
decks with 
beautiful ocean view with george foreman electric grill and 
table 
with chairs. Both units are furnished with ceiling fans with 
lights 
and central air.
