Vacation Rental Description

It's all almost brand new. Beautiful 2 bedroom - 2 bath Villa at Indian Spring. The villa is 2 
blocks from Gate #2 - Woolbright and El Clair Ranch. The furniture is brand new and the decor is 
neutral and homey. The GE washer- dryer is brand new - never used!. The backyard of the villa is the 
17th fairway of the Indian Spring golf course. Attached to the living room is a wonderful "all 
season room which can be closed with sliding glass doors or remained open to give the villa a very 
spacious feel. The kitchen has an table and chairs and the dining area seats 8 comfortably. The 2 
car garage is attached with the door leading into the kitchen. The villa comes completely furnished 
with bedding, towels, kitchen appliences, plates, silverware, microwave oven, etc.. We are looking 
for a full season renter - October through March. Out of season can be monthly. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our villa is 4 doors away from the swimming pool. Easy access to I-95 and the turnpike. There is a 
24 hour Walgreens a few minutes up the street at Woolbright and Military. Lots of shopping and 
restaurants are moments away on Military, Congress and other near bye streets

Activities and Attractions

Indian Spring is an over 55 community with a very active club house. There is a golf course - we are 
not sure how to become a member to play golf but a phone call to Indian Spring can give you all the 
answers. Indian Spring is great place to walk or bike

Vacation Rental Rates

Out of Season - $1500 plus security deposit (Out of Season is April - September)

In Season - $2000 plus security deposit (one month rent). 

Security deposit will be held and used to pay utilities. Renter will receive monthly statement of 
how much was paid for utilities and will receive the remainder at the end of the renting period.The 
only utility the renter is responsible for is phone service. There are several cordless phones in 
the unit. 

Long term (12 month) and beyong rentals are available
