Vacation Rental Description

The Condo is located at The Anchorage in a private gated community 
with lush tropical gardens. The beach is a short stroll down a 
garden path. Which takes you to the Pool, Tennis Courts, Restaurant 
and Beach Bar. The Beach looks out to the beautiful Caribbean sea, 
St John,and Great St James. You have views of the ocean from the 
condo as well. 
The Condo has been fully remodeled. It is beautiful. It has new 
mattresses, linens, towels, and stainless steel appliances in the 
kitchen. 
The Condo has a Master Bedroom with a King size Bed, Cable TV and 
Full Bath.
The Guest Bedroom has a Queen size bed with Cable TV and a full 
bath.There is a Loft. The Loft has 2 twins a trundle and a 1/2 
Bath.In the loft there is a desk area and a reading area. The condo 
is very spacious. 
The St. Thomas Yacht Club is next door to the condo. Home of the 
Rolex Regatta. 
The town of Red Hook is only a few minutes drive, it is about a 1/2 
mile from the Anchorage.In Red Hook, there is great shopping,and fun 
Restaurants and Bars. The Ferries to St John and the British Virgin 
Islands also leave from Red Hook. There are dive shops and Boat 
Rentals also.
