Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful Spanish home located in the heart of Santa Monica.  The quiet neighborhood with large 
landscaped yard will make you feel relaxed.  See all the sights of Los Angeles and then come home to 
cook a tasty meal and relax outside or inside.  The house is very bright and cheery and furnished 
with upscale furniture.  There are hardwood floors throughout as well as original architectural 
details that have been lovingly preserved.  Perfect for the Executive Traveller or Vacationer.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

42" Plasma TV in Bedroom - Cable and TiVo included. 

High Speed Wireless Internet 

The Kitchen features a side-by-side refrigerator and dishwasher.  There is also a separate laundry 
room with high-end washer and dryer.  The house includes pots, pans, dishes, small appliances, 
towels, linens, etc.

The 2nd Bedroom can be used as a bedroom or office.

Activities and Attractions

Close to all Los Angeles has to offer! 

Within Santa Monica, you have Beaches, Santa Monica Pier/Pacific Park, and the 3rd Street Promenade 
all within 1 - 2 miles.  In addition, there are tons of parks, restaurants and shopping.  Santa 
Monica Beach also has many activities including a bike path, roller blading and volleyball.

The freeway is .5 miles away and gives you access to all LA has to offer:  Disneyland (39 miles), 
Universal City Studios (15 miles), Magic Mountain/Hurricane Harbor (33 miles), Getty Center (7 
miles) and J. Paul Getty Villa (8 miles).  Also within easy access are museums, Hollywood and 
shopping (Rodeo Drive and more).

$1,750 per week, $2,800 for 2 weeks, $4,000 per month

Special Rates for 3 or more months:
Save 5% for 3 months - $11,400 for 3 month term
Save 10% for 4 months - $14,400 for 4 month term
Save 15% for 5 months - $17,000 for 5 month term

$1,500 Fully Refundable Security Deposit
$125 Cleaning Fee
50% Due Upon Booking; 50% Due 15 Days Prior to Arrival Date
