located just across the street from our private beach. Come relax 
and enjoy the many things Destin and Fort Walton have to offer - 
beautiful beaches, fabulous seafood, great golf, and shopping! You 
can take it easy or keep busy!

This Gulfview unit is a charming one bedroom, one bath condominium 
that sleeps six. The condo has a queen waterbed (with water tubes), 
two twin hall bunks (with a curtain door for privacy), and a queen 
sleeper sofa. It is beautifully decorated with 'beachy' furnishings. 
Gulfview is a low-rise condo only steps away from the beach which is 
great for families or couples. Come and have FUN!

March through May .............. $550/week.
Spring Break (03/20-04/16) ..... $600/week.
June through August 11 ......... $850/week.
August 12 through August 31......$500/week
September 1 through October .... $450/week .. $1000/month.
November through February ...... $400/week .. $ 900/month.

* ADD: $60 Cleaning Fee/stay to ALL Rentals.
(Monthly rental cleaning fee is more.)

* Final Payment/Code Exchange Due Two Weeks Before Arrival.
* $200 Deposit for Reservation-to be refunded after departure if no 
damage to condo.
* Saturday-Saturday rentals: Occasionally will rent shorter stays
