Vacation Rental Description

Our 2 bed 2 bath apartment at the Breakers is on Redinton Beach 
located between Clearwater and St Pete's Beach.
This condo has got the lot. The Breakers has just 38 units over 4 
floors, we are on the second floor. The complex is meticulously 
maintained to the highest standards and all the condos surround a 
central atrium. 
Our heated outdoor pool is only inches away from the Gulf's white 
sandy beach. 
There is ample car parking to both sides of the complex. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The apartment is our Holiday home and not just a holiday rental. 
It is fully furnished and equipped from hair drier's to beach 
chair's.
The master suite has a queen bed,walk in closet and bathroom and the 
guest has twin beds with seperate full bathroom.
TV's are in the lounge and master bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipted with large selection of cookware and 
utensils.
We have our own private laundry room to the condo.
The balcony enjoys the afternoon sun and evining sun sets where you can enjoy 
your breakfast, lunch or dinner dining al-fresco.

Activities and Attractions

There are numerious Golf courses, Boat hire, Restaurants etc etc, 
there is plenty to do, or just relax by the pool or on the beach and 
watch the Dolphins go by. You decide how best to enjoy and soak up 
this tranquill beach condo paradise.
For those craving more excitement Orlando is only 90 miles away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates from $2400 to $3800 per month depending on season Plus tax and 
reg/cleaning fee. Discounts for multi-month bookings.
Sorry NO pets allowed or Smoking in the condo.

This is a minimum 30 day rental building
