Unit #35 at Royal Palm Bay Villas. This beautiful ground floor condo
is located minutes from Disney World. Universal Studios and Sea
World are close by. Numerous restaurants, shopping areas, and golf
courses are minutes away. The ocean at Cocoa Beach is 45 minutes
away. The patio off the master bedroom faces a wooded nature
preserve. This is a nonsmoking unit. No pets please.

Master bedroom features a queen size bed and attached bath. The
other bedrooms have twin beds. A sleeper sofa in the living room
sleeps two. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher,
and ice maker. The unit has cable TV, high speed internet access, a
VCR, washer, dryer, and free local telephone service. All cooking
utensils, linens, towels, and pillows are provided.

Rental rates start at $70.00 per day depending on the season plus 13%
Florida tax. There will be a $50.00 cleaning charge for rentals less
than 5 days. A $150.00 deposit is required to hold a reservation and
the balance is due 21 days prior to arrival. Check in time is 4PM
and check out time is 10AM.
