Vacation Rental Description

the heart of downtown. You will be impressed! Spacious two bedroom, 
two bath
with large patio for lounging.  

Enjoy breathtaking views of the San Diego Bay and city skyline through
floor-to-ceiling windows.  Breathtaking "birds-eye" high rise views of
cruise ships docking, Naval  and fishing ships sailing to-and-fro, 
sunrise and sunsets, twinkling evening nightlights.  You may
just decide to stay inside during your whole visit!  

The electric San Diego Trolley stop located immediately next to
property. Enjoy a quiet, gentle, and scenic ride through downtown San
Diego.    
San Diego Convention Center: Two trolley stops away (five minute)
Historic Gaslamp Quarter:  Two trolley stops away (five minutes)
Sea Port Village:  One trolley stop away (3 minutes). 
Tijuana, Mexico:  approximately 30 to 45 minute trolley ride (scenic
ride).
Historic Old Town:  three stops (12 minute ride)

Vacation Rental Amenities

Gourmet gourmet kitchen with cookware, dishes, quality oven, stove,
large fridge, dishwasher.  Queen bed in each bedroom, and sofa bed
(gueen) in living room.  All utilities, telephone, tv.  Linens,
towels included. Washer/dryer in unit.

One secured underground parking space.  Don't pay for parking 
elsewhere!

San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park (museums, outdoor entertainment):  10
minute drive.

San Diego Waterfront:  located across the street.  Tour historic ships
docked in the harbor, great sea food dining.  Ferry departs to
Coronado Island every 15 minutes.  Brief, scenic ride.  Enjoy
Coronado's beaches, pubs, shops, fine dining.  Harbor dinner cruises,
deep see fishing cruises also depart across the street.

Sea Port Village:  located along the waterfront. Fantastic seafood
restaurants, shopping, scenic walks.

Little Italy:  Begins two blocks away.  Great dining.

Gaslamp Quarter:  two trolley stops away.

San Diego Convention Center:  Two trolley stops away.

Petco Baseball Park:  three trolly stops away.

$1900 Week of May 23rd, 2008 - September 15th, 2008.  
$1700 Week all other periods
$900 Security Deposit, $95 cleaning fee per stay.

$4100 Monthly June 1st 2008 - September 3oth, 2008. (if available)
