Inside this historic home, built in 1859, there are four
bedrooms, two full baths, a large living room with fireplace, and a
large formal dining room with fireplace, and an expansive
kitchen/breakfast room. The modern kitchen was remodeled in 2002 and
has an adjoing deck for that early coffee overlooking the lake.
There are three additional proches, one off the master bedroom, a
covered porch off the dining room, and a large covered porch across
the entire front ot the house. All bedrooms have comfy queen size
beds! There is one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on
the second level. There is also a queen size pull out sofa.

The manor has recently been furnished with brand new furniture and a
few antiques.

Just in front of the porch the lawn slopes down to the lake where
there is a large dock. The ample parking is right outside your door
and the entire two acres is basically a flat property.

A brick firepit is located by the lake for relaxing evening
enjoyment. You bring the smores!

The large permanent dock is set up for large sailboats, and
accommodate up to 30 foot motor boats.

The "honeymoon" cottage which can only be rented with the Manor house is a single room with a full
bath and
kitchen. The picture with the yellow walls is of the "honeymoon" cottage it has a queen size bed
and
the "couch" is a full size sleeper futon. Available only with the Manor house! Please call for

add the "honeymoon" cottage.

There is a paddle boat and row boat. Make sure to always wear a life
vest in the water.
