Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy this delightful 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo Apartment in the 
sunny Florida Keys!  This unit sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably (1 
queen, 2 twins which convert to a King, & a twin sleep sofa) and 
has pergo floors throughout. It also comes with 2 parking spaces.  

Merely bring your boat, Jet Ski and bathing suits because this 
condo is well equipped with everything you will need!  Enjoy 
afternoon cocktails on the balcony overlooking the pool.  Have a 
barbeque in one of the 3 Tiki huts at the pool.  Or walk across to 
one of the two pools in the community and get some sun.  Catch a 
sunset on the bay from the observation deck or launch your boat in 
the marina and head out fishing.  Enjoy a perfect and memorable 
vacation together in total relaxation.  Just bring your family and 
it all is here for you to build memories to treasure!!!  

Not from Florida?  Don’t worry; it’s just under an hour away from 
Miami International Airport and 1 1/2 hours from FT. Lauderdale 
Airport (Directions will be sent with welcome package.)

Vacation Rental Rates

Per our Condo Association rules, this unit MUST be rented for 1 
month or more!  NO Daily or weekly rentals!!!

December – April -- In Season: 
$1,900.00 per month (Plus Florida 11.5% tax - $218.50)

May – November -- Off Season: 
$1,600.00 per month (Plus Florida 11.5% tax - $184.00)

☼  Annual and multiple month rental rates available upon request. 
☼  Rates include utilities and local only phone.  
(Important: There is a $100 cap on Monthly Utilities.)
   
   
Additional:

SECURITY DEPOSIT - $500.00 

☼ Required to secure reservation and refundable upon inspection at 
time of departure, less any damages. 

☼ IMPORTANT:  The $500 deposit reserves the unit for you and other 
potential renters will be turned away.  If you cancel this 
reservation and we are unable to rent it again for that period, this 
deposit will be forfeited!!

Departure Cleaning:   
$100.00 - Non-refundable & due at check-in.

Condo Association Processing: 
$50.00 - Non-refundable impact fee must be paid upon arrival to the 
onsite Landings of Largo manager in order to receive a parking 
permit.
