Have a barbeque in one of the 3 Tiki huts at the small pool. Or walk across to the small pool or the large pool at the community clubhouse and get some sun. Per our Condo Association rules, this unit MUST be rented for ONE
MONTH OR MORE! NO DAILY OR WEEKLY RENTALS!!!
***ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID IN US DOLLARS*** (Cashiers Check or Cash)
December – April -- In Season:
$1,900.00US per month (Plus Florida 12.5% tax - $237.50US)
May – November -- Off Season:
$1,600.00US per month (Plus Florida 12.5% tax - $200.00US)

Discounts!! - Annual and multiple month rental rates available upon request.
- Rates include utilities and local only phone. Important: There is a $100 cap on Monthly Utilities.
Additional:
- SECURITY DEPOSIT = $500.00US
- Required to secure reservation and refundable upon inspection at
time of departure, less any damages. - IMPORTANT: The $500US deposit reserves the unit for you and other
potential renters will be turned away. If you cancel this
reservation and we are unable to rent it again for that period, this
deposit will be forfeited!!
Departure Cleaning:
$100.00US - Non-refundable & due at check-in.
Condo Association Processing:
$50.00US - Non-refundable impact fee must be paid upon arrival to the
onsite Landings of Largo manager in order to receive a parking
permit.
