course, driving range, tennis courts, swimming pool, fitness center
and social activities. ($125 fee covers all of the above except Golf membership)      Please note, there is an on-premise private pool and tennis court available for          renter use without any fee. In addition, club restaurant and golf course is also      accessible without the $250 ($125) transfer fee. However, if golf membership is not
transferred, golf greens fees will be charged by the Club.)
