$250 full club membership transfer fee payable directly to
Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club entitles you to utilize the golf
course, driving range, tennis courts, swimming pool, fitness center
and social activities. ($125 fee covers all of the above except Golf membership)      Please note, there is a private pool and tennis court available at the condo for          renter use without any fee. In addition, club restaurant and golf course is also      accessible without the $250 ($125) transfer fee. Non-member golf fees will be charged by the Club if a golf membership is not transferred.
