Lake Roy Townhome in Winter Haven

Welcome to our tropical paradise located on Lake Roy, a part of
Winter Haven's famous "Chain of Lakes". This 2007 newly built, well-
appointed fully furnished two-story town home (including linens, pots and pans)
has tranquil lake views from both upstairs and downstairs along with
screened-in porches. The upstairs part of the town home offers you
2-one king and one- Queen bedrooms connected by a full bathroom in the hallway and equipped with a mini-bar, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.
The downstairs part of the town home features a room with two-double
beds, dining room and a full size kitchenette as well as a private
screened-in porch and outdoor patio with relaxing views of the lake
and the pool.

Your rental includes the use of the "Lake Roy Beach Inn's" facilities,
which is next door to us. Those facilities include a sand volleyball court, private sandy beach (beach area is affected by how high the lake water levels are at the time), private fishing dock, picnic area, outdoor heated swimming pool (heated during the winter) surrounded by a sun deck, perfect for sun bathing, all overlooking the lake. Also available is a guest laundry room, complimentary coffee and tea during office hours, and skiing lessons can also be arranged
through "Ski Away Water Ski School". Instruction is provided on Lake
Roy by Dave Briscoe, former ski performer for Cypress Garden & Sea
World.

Lake Roy Townhome is situated in the heart of Central
Florida it is moments away from the city's shopping, dining and other
attractions. Cypress Gardens is a mile and a half down the street
along with a Publix grocery store, and Wal-Mart. Other attractions
close by are: 1 hour to Disney World, Sea World, Orlando International
Airport(MCO) on Interstate 4 East (I4-E). 1 hour to Tampa
International Airport (TPA) on Interstate 4 West (I4-W), Busch
Gardens, St. Petersburg Beach, and Clearwater Beach.

January 1 through March 10: $ 3000.00 per month

March 11 through April 15: $4500.00 per month
April 16 through December 31: $ 2500.00 per month

Rental Deposit:
Half of rental at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to
arrival.
Security Deposit:
$200.00 deposit, refundable after unit has been inspected for damage
and cleaning.
Parking for boat trailer and boat: $10.00 per day.

Weekly maid service is available for an additional fee.
