Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to your little corner of paradise!
This is a brand new, fully furnished 2/2 corner unit condominium,
directly on the Intracoastal Waterway, with spectacular views from
either of your two 4th floor balconies!

Your vacation unit is part of The Moorings at Lantana, a luxury
six-story complex of top quality residences built by Lennar. The
development was just completed in 2005.

It sits on one of the widest portions of the Intracoastal, has a deep
water marina, and numerous amenities as listed below.

Your unit is in building three, which is the only building that sits
directly on the waterway, and overlooks the fountain and the marina.
You are also the furthest building from the road, so you can live and
sleep in peace and quiet. Despite the solitude of your accomodations,
you are only minutes from numerous restaurants, shops, and the beach.
A very short walk takes you into the main street of Lantana, and then
over the bridge you will find the Lantana public beach adjacent to the
Ritz Carlton.

Before furnishing this unit, the owners removed the low quality stock
carpeting, and installed cherry laminate flooring in the great room,
and quality plush carpet in the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have brand new
queen-size sets and ceiling fans. The living room is furnished with a
dual recliner leather sofa and leather master recliner. All rooms have
9 foot ceilings.

The kitchen has all new state-of-the-art appliances, granite
countertops, Italian wood cabinetry, disposal, and lots of dishes,
flatware, utensils, and glasses (yes, and wine glasses of course!)

There is a comfortable custom-made breakfast nook facing the
Intracoastal view, and matching barstools at the granite kitchen bar.
There are four tall patio chairs for enjoying the ocean breeze on the
outside deck.

As a renter for this fine unit, you will also have full use of the
building amenities, such as the heated waterfront pool, hot tub,
health & fitness center, club room with pool table, and valet parking,
should you desire. The owner or an agent will be glad to walk you
through upon arrival.

For the benefit of our discriminating guests, this is a non-smoking,
no pets rental.
