Island, in this beautiful, waterfront, luxury condo. 17 Acres of 
pristine mangroves line the bay shore and provide an unspoiled habitat 
for a variety of local and migratory birds and wildlife that you will 
enjoy viewing from your lanai, master bedroom and great room. 
     This spacious 2000 square foot unit is located in the gated 
community of Grande Preserve on Lemon Bay. Fully furnished and 
tastefully decorated, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit offers all the 
comforts and amenities for a memorable, relaxing stay. The bright and 
airy master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed with expansive views of 
the bay. Sliding doors open directly onto the screened lanai. The 
master bath features double sinks, a whirlpool bath, and spacious 
Roman-style shower. There are plenty of closets for storage. A 
separate guest suite has a full bath with shower, two bedrooms, each 
with a queen-sized bed and large closet. An additional powder room and 
large laundry room are located in the hallway.  
	The great room features a kitchen with granite counter tops, walk-in 
pantry, stainless steel appliances, and all of the essentials for 
cooking. Convenient seating at the bar or dinner table is 
available.The living-room area has comfortable seating and is equipped 
with a large flat-screen television, DVD, and stereo system for your 
enjoyment. This room opens onto the spacious lanai, perfect for 
enjoying the passing boats, wildlife and spectacular sunsets.  
	The Grand Preserve amenities available to our guests  include  
a beautiful clubhouse with large entertainment room, a well-equipped 
exercise room with showers,  heated pool, hot tub, a barbecue area, 
tennis court, putting green, fishing pier and kayak launch. There is a 
garage with parking space and storage area for your convenience, and 
an elevator for easy access.  
	This resort-like community of Grande Preserve is ideally situated to 
satisfy a wide variety of interests and activities. There are at least 
10 public golf courses within a 10 mile radius as well as the putting 
green on site. Relax on the beautiful white sandy beaches of 
Englewood, Manasota Key, or Boca Grande- all just a few minutes 
drive.Enjoy world class tarpon fishing tournaments in  Boca Grande 
scheduled for May 31 2008 and June 14 and 28th 2008. Snook, sea trout, 
snapper and other are often caught right from our fishing pier or on 
shore along the mangroves. There are several marinas within a five 
minute drive that have direct access to the gulf and offer short or 
long term boat dockage and rentals. Fine restaurants and shopping are 
just minutes away. Browse through quaint shops and art galleries in 
Old Englewood or Venice. Ft. Myers, Sarasota, or Tampa airports are 
easily accessible only an hour or so away. 
 
           Seasonal or monthly rentals are available. Rentals must be
