Newly renovated lakefront cottage sits on one acre level lot with 
main channel view.  Boat dock and sandy beach. Boat and jetski 
rentals available 10 minutes away.  Watch stunning sunrise and 
sunsets from rocking chairs on the covered front porch.  Master 
bedroom on main level with double bed, loft with one double bed and 
two twin beds.  Futon sofa sleeps two.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished kitchen, outdoor gas grill, linen service, 
cablevision, dock and swimming area.

Activities and Attractions

Lake Norman has 520 miles of shoreline with 11 restaurants and bars 
that are easily accessible by boat with views overlooking the lake.

Nearby Queen's Landing has the following activites:  dinner cruises 
on the Catawba Queen, tennis courts, Putt-Putt courses, outdoor live 
entertainment (music), floating bar, Piano bar and Sandwich shop, 
bumper boats.

Duke Power State Park has hiking and bike trails, picnic areas, 
camping and swimming areas.

Shopping at nearby Birkdale Village or Northlake Mall 

Race fans can tour the Race City area in Mooresville.

20 mintues from downtown Charlotte.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly:  Saturday to Saturday
Nightly:  $150-$250, 3 night minumum
Security Deposit:  $300.00 (full refundable if no damage)
Pets:  $150.00 non-refundable fee
Off Season:  Call for rates
Reserve with 50% deposit, balance due upon arrival.
Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival date for a full 
refund.
Checks, cash or money order only.
