Vacation Rental Description

Located in the beautiful Western Maine Lakes and Mountains Region. 
You will find that our home offers convenience and all the 
amentities of home.  Located within minutes of Kezar Lake which was 
voted by National Geographic as one of the 5 most beautiful lakes in 
the United States!

Our house is available for year round rental.  

It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom fully equippted house that sleeps up 
to 7 people max. 

Master Bedroom - upper level with queen sized bed
Second Bedroom - upper level with 2 twin beds
Third Bedroom - lower level with full sized bed

Family Room - lower level with pull out futon with TV, VCR, DVD.

Living Room - upper level with television, vcr, dvd player. Large 
picture window with mountain views.

Kitchen - upper level, fully equippted with dishwasher,refrigerator, 
electric stove, pots and pans.

Bathroom - located on upper level 

Deck outside with seating area and gas grill.  

Large front and back yards with plenty of space for kids to play.

golf, skiing, snowmobiling, shopping, restaurants, and siteseeing.

Vacation Rental Rates

***Book between April 18th - May 18th and Receive $100.00 off your weekly rate!***



Spring 2008:  March 31st - June 23rd - $600.00 per week (Sat - Sat)

Summer 2008:  June 21st - September 13th - $800 per week (Sat - Sat)
 
Fall 2008:  September 14th - December 6th - $600 per week (Sat - Sat) 

Fryeburg Fair Week 2008 - $700.00 for the week.  


Some weekends in the summer do become available, please inquire and 
are $300.00 (Friday - Sunday).

Security Deposit is $250 per week, $125.00 per weekend. All security 
deposits are returned immediately following house inspection.

Rates include cleaning fees. 

Discounts available for multiple week rentals. You can also add on 
nights to any weekly rental at an additional $50.00 per night pending 
availability.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am.
