Come stay at the Persichetti's beautifully decorated property! It is
now available for rentals. It is intended for family's as the rest
of the building is owned by families who don't rent. Don't bother to
ask if you plan to have noisey parties! The condo association has
noise restrictions.

The unit has garage parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for
another.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and a private bathroom, along
with a walk in closet. The middle bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd
bedroom has twins. There is a queen sleeper in the great room. There
is another br/ba on the ground level.

Kitchen and bathrooms are ceramic tiled. There is a full sized washer
and dryer in the unit. There is table seating for 8 on the covered
porch.

Take advantage of its great location a short walk to the beach,
boardwalk, Recreation Center (tennis, baseball/softball, basketball),
and Convention Center.

The unit is intended for families and or adults over the age of 25.
We don't do Prom weekends, nor Senior Week.
