Game room with pool table, darts, pinball and wood stove all on main
level. Fully equipped, large modern kitchen with new stove,
dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave as well as coffee maker and
cappuccino machine. Plenty of counter space with breakfast bar & 4
stools; open dining area has both chairs and benches to accommodate
the whole family. Sleeps 14-16. Four bedrooms plus loft (with built-
in beds) and 2 bathrooms (upstairs bath completely new).

Large outside campfire pit/deck/BBQ, plenty of oudoor chairs,
umbrella, plenty of parking. Private plowing. Located on town
maintained road and short walk to MOOVER shuttle.

Shopping at Wilmington only 10 minutes. Near nightlife and many
restaurants; hiking, moutain biking, summer auctions, Mount Snow
Golf and Haystack Golf, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, ice
skating.
