with two view decks and lots of windows. Tastefully appointed 
vacation getaway near Seattle with three levels of water views, 
offering a bedroom and bath on each level (extra bedroom on lower 
floor), nicely accommodating up to eight people, yet intimate enough 
for fewer. 

The second level is open to the living area on the main floor via 
clerestory openings from below, creating a lofted hideaway suite 
above the main floor. Typically considered the master suite, this 
large bedroom area offers attached bath and walk-in closet, as well 
as a desk, cable TV, and DVD. 

But best of all, this room provides a side to side sweeping view of 
Puget Sound with a large sitting area for up-close viewing! 

This master bedroom and sunny sitting area occupies the entire 
second level. From this vantage point, enjoy exceptional views 
spanning from north to south across the water and west to the 
Olympic mountains. The sitting area offers a chenille sofa and two 
comfortable arm chairs with ottoman, with windows on three sides and 
skylights. 

This home sets above the water with gentle steps through natural 
landscaping down to a patio and firebox at the water's edge. Amidst 
this peaceful setting, waters lap against the bulkhead while the 
tide is in, pulling back to expose shells and sealife when the tide 
is out. It is not unusual to see bald eagles soaring or blue heron 
surveying the water.

Vacation Rental Rates

Reservations: 

· A 2 night minimum stay is required, with weekends requiring a 
3 night stay*.   
      *May - Sept. require a 5 night minimum stay, unless a smaller 
opening is available. 

· Minimum stays for holiday periods and special events may be 
longer.  Contact us for particular minimum stay requirements. 

· Check-in time is by arrangement.  Check-out time is 11:00AM. 

· Sorry, no pets, no smoking. 

Rates: 

May 15 - Sept. 15: 
$425 nightly 
$2750 weekly + $390 / night 

April 1 - May 14, Sept. 16 - Oct. 31: 
$295 nightly 
$1950 weekly + $275 / night 

Value Season:  Nov. - Mar. 
$235 nightly, $1550 weekly 

· 9.8% sales tax not included in above rates. 

· $150 cleaning fee required. 

· 50% deposit required upon placement of reservation. Balance due 30 
days prior to arrival.  

· Cancellation: Booking deposits are refundable less a $35 handling 
fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.  Within 30 days of arrival, the 
booking deposit is nonrefundable, as cancellations within 30 days of 
arrival date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 

· Deposit and balance payments, can be made by credit card, check, 
or money order / cash. 

· Rates are subject to change without notice.
