Villa Playa Laguna is a spacious 325 sq. m. (3,499 sq. ft) seaside two-story villa with cathedral ceilings, set in a 1,500 sq. m. (16,175 sq. f) lot, surrounded by tropical gardens, with a private pool and a few yards away from a semi-private beach. The villa is ideally located at Escondido Bay, between the towns of Sosua (3 kms) and Cabarete (7 kms) and a five minute drive to the Puerto Plata International Airport (POP).
Gated community (24-hr security) offering total privacy but minutes away from all services and activities - including restaurants, 2 golf courses, a unique childrens' playground, and three casinos.
