Come relax and enjoy this cozy beachside hideaway.  The home was 
built in 1936 with awesome craftsmanship and interesting 
architectural features including vaulted ceilings with exposed wood 
beams.

In 2004 the home was purchased by it's current owners and remodeled 
to reflect a combination of the great craftsmanship of yesteryear 
and a need for today's modern ammenities.

Great location tucked away on a big beachside lot just over a block 
away from the "World's Most Famous Beach".  Also within walking 
distance of Main Street for Biker Events.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Beachside Hideaway is fully furnished and includes the following:
 - FREE High-Speed Internet Connection
 - 3 TVs with Cable
 - 1 Queen size bed,2 Single Beds,and 1 Pullout Futon that sleeps 2
 - 2 Comfortable couches
 - Full size dining room table that seats 6
Kitchen includes:
 - Full size Refrigerator
 - Oven/Stove
 - Microwave Oven
 - Coffee Maker
 - Pots, pans, dishes & silverware
Other Items Include:
 - In house stackable WASHER & DRYER
 - Fresh Linens & Bedding
 - Iron & Ironing Board
 - Air Conditioning Units in each room

Relaxing, Fishing, Golfing, Surfing, Site seeing, etc...

The Beachside Hideaway is centrally located to any and all of these 
activities...within walking distance of most...and driving distance 
to the Daytona Speedway (10-12 minutes), Orlando International 
Airport (60 minutes),and Disney World (75 minutes).

If you will be staying at the Beachside Hideaway and would like any

activities. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$125 per night...3 night minimum.

$795 per week...each additional night is $125.

$1695 per week for Special Events (Daytona 500, Bike Week, Pepsi 400 
& Biketoberfest)...each additional night is $125.

Monthly Rates Available Upon Request.

12.5% tax and $75 cleaning fee for all rental periods. 

$10 per night pet fee for approved pets.

** Security Deposit ** (will reserve your dates) 
$250 non-event weeks 
$500 Holiday and event weeks (Bike Week, Fourth of July, etc.)
Deposit Refunded 10 business days after departure
Non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival 

Balance to be paid 10 days prior to arrival.
